Welcome to Healing Meditation, a grounded class combining gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to help you settle, reset, and come back to yourself.

The class begins with qigong-inspired movements to loosen tension and reconnect you with the intelligence of your body. Breath and motion work together to bring harmony between the body and mind. From here, we move into seated meditation (chairs provided), where you’re guided to rest in awareness, the quiet space beneath thought.

We don’t force calm or chase mystical experiences. It’s a practical return: from noise to simplicity, from tension to ease, from feeling separate to remembering the deeper connection that’s already here.

Meditation, at its heart, is the art of relaxing into what’s already here and being with what is. This class gently clears what obscures the moment and lets the deeper truth of who you are come arise. Supported by energy healing practices designed to awaken tension, clear internal clutter and help you go deeper.
