Healing Meditation
Welcome to our unique Healing Meditation class. A down-to-earth blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to help you settle your nervous system, restore your energy, and return to a more natural rhythm of being.
Whether you're navigating stress, seeking clarity, or simply wanting to feel more at home in yourself, this space supports you in slowing down, tuning in, and softening the inner noise.
We begin with gentle, qigong-inspired movement to awaken the body and release tension, aligning breath with motion and opening the system to deeper awareness. We then transition into seated meditation, using chairs for comfort and alignment. The meditations are supported by energy healing practices designed to help you clear internal clutter and access a deeper presence within.
And you’re not doing this alone. The space we hold together has its own quiet wisdom, a supportive field that helps you go deeper. Just by showing up, you enter something greater than yourself, something that gently reflects back who you are, even when it feels hard to remember.
No experience is necessary—just a willingness to be with what arises.

Develop greater calm and clarity through integrated mind-body practices. You'll learn how to settle the nervous system, shift out of reactive states, and access a more centred way of being.Energy Management:
Through Qigong-inspired movement and gentle energy healing techniques, you’ll begin to sense and influence the flow of energy within your body. This helps you feel more balanced, grounded, and alive.Self-awareness and Emotional Resilience:
You’ll explore how thoughts, emotions, and sensations arise and pass, gaining tools to meet them with curiosity instead of reactivity. This builds emotional resilience and cultivates inner space, even in challenging moments.Deepened Presence:
Rather than trying to quiet the mind through force, you’ll learn how to rest into what’s already here, beneath the noise. This practice invites a more natural state of presence, where clarity and insight can emerge organically.Open, Awake Awareness:
As the practice deepens, you’ll be gently introduced to the experience of open, spacious awareness. You’ll learn how to recognise this natural state of being and, more importantly, how to stabilise it. Over time you’ll build confidence in staying connected to this deeper awareness, both in meditation and in daily life. -
Our class structure is crafted to harmonise the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of your being:
Qi Gong: We start with Qi Gong exercises to activate and balance your body's energy, enhance flexibility, and reduce stress. This practice is essential for preparing both the body and mind for deeper introspective work.
Seated Meditation: After Qi Gong, we transition to seated meditation using chairs to ensure proper alignment and support. This part of the class focuses on settling the mind and preparing for concentrated practice.
Guided Meditation and Energy Healing: The core of the class is a guided meditation where I respond intuitively to the group's energy, leading you through the stages of awareness while energy healing facilitates clearing and smoothing of energy pathways.
