At Happy Heart, we blend meditation, breathwork, and heart-centered practices to create a supportive environment that fosters healing, relaxation, and connection.
As someone who has also experienced a heart attack, I’ve found these practices deeply supportive in my own recovery. Happy Heart was created to share that same sense of calm and reconnection with others navigating their own heart health journey.
