Harmony Hub:
Easing Anxiety Naturally
MONDAY 5.45PM - 6.45PM
WEDNESDAY 2PM - 3PM
Anxiety can feel overwhelming, tight in the chest, restless in the mind, hard to switch off. But it’s also a natural response to pressure or threat. The problem isn’t that anxiety appears, it’s when it lingers and takes over daily life.
Harmony Hub: Easing Anxiety Naturally is a supportive class where you can learn safe, practical tools to steady your body, calm your breath, and quiet the racing mind. Each week we combine gentle movement, breathwork, and guided practices that work with your nervous system rather than against it. The focus isn’t on “fixing” you - it’s on giving you ways to meet anxiety when it shows up, ease its intensity, and gradually loosen its hold. You’ll leave with both quick reset techniques for stressful moments and deeper practices to build resilience over time at your own pace and without pressure..
