Harmony Hub:
Easing Anxiety Naturally
MONDAY 5.45PM - 6.45PM
FRIDAY 1.45PM - 2.45PM
Anxiety can feel overwhelming, tight in the chest, restless in the mind, hard to switch off. But it’s also a natural response to pressure or threat. The problem isn’t that anxiety appears, it’s when it lingers and takes over daily life.
Harmony Hub: Easing Anxiety Naturally is a supportive class where you can learn safe, practical tools to steady your body, calm your breath, and quiet the racing mind. Each week we combine gentle movement, breathwork, and guided practices that work with your nervous system rather than against it. The focus isn’t on “fixing” you - it’s on giving you ways to meet anxiety when it shows up, ease its intensity, and gradually loosen its hold. You’ll leave with both quick reset techniques for stressful moments and deeper practices to build resilience over time at your own pace and without pressure..
-
When you arrive, the first thing we do is slow down. You’ll be guided through a few minutes of gentle grounding, simple movements or steadying breaths, so your body can let go of tension and you can land fully in the space.
From there, we move into the core of the session. Some weeks this might be qigong sequence that opens the body and steadies your energy, other times a breath practice that calms the nervous system, or a quick-reset tool like tapping or Havening to ease anxiety on the spot. Everything is simple, guided step by step, and you’re always free to move at your own pace.
Once the body and breath have softened, we can shift our focus to to a calmness thats always present in the body. You’ll be led into a guided relaxation or meditation, a chance to rest deeply and allow your system to reset. This is often where people notice a sense of space opening up, less pressure inside, more room to breathe.
Before closing, we take a few minutes to reflect and share. You might jot down an insight in your journal or simply notice how you feel compared to when you arrived. Each week you’ll also be given a small, practical tool to carry into daily life, a breathing rhythm, a grounding posture, or a short routine for the evening.. so the benefits don’t stay in the class but travel with you.
The whole process is gentle, supportive, and never rushed. It’s about meeting yourself where you are, using the body’s own intelligence to shift from tension into balance, and building confidence in your ability to find calmer ground.
