In just 30 minutes, the Inner Smile Meditation gives you a true pause: a chance to soften tension, restore balance, and bring calm energy into the rest of your day. Perfect for a midday reset.
Through the Inner Smile Meditation, an ancient Taoist practice, we gently nourish the body and calm the mind. As we soften tension and invite a smile inside, feelings of peace, radiance, and vitality begin to arise. Practising together makes this even more powerful, creating a shared space of balance, connection, and quiet joy to carry with you into the rest of your day.

The Inner Smile Meditation class is structured to guide you through a series of steps to harness the benefits of this powerful practice:
Initiation and Relaxation: Each session begins with relaxation techniques to help you ease into a meditative state, preparing your body and mind for the Inner Smile practice.
Energising Through Smiling: You will learn how to direct a smile internally, starting from your eyes and face and gradually spreading to each organ. This technique helps activate positive energy flow and healing.
Connecting with Organs: We focus on major organs like the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys, teaching you to recognise and transform emotions associated with each organ into vitality and tranquility.
Integration and Closure: Each class concludes with a period of reflection and integration, allowing you to anchor the peaceful and joyful sensations experienced during the meditation.
