It speaks directly to the body, the heart, and the unseen layers of our being. Free of names and stories, it meets you exactly where you are, sometimes soothing, sometimes stirring, always offering a chance to release what is bound and return to balance.

With over two decades of experience as one of the UK’s longest-running gong baths, Gongsphere has become a sanctuary for renewal. Each session is shaped not only by the instruments but by the intention and care behind them—holding space for you to rest, to journey, and to rediscover yourself.

Two distinct sound journeys are offered, each an invitation to explore your inner landscape and to step into greater presence, wholeness, and possibility.

Gongsphere Beginners

  • Perfect for those new to sound baths or regulars seeking a gentler, restorative experience.

    This session offers a peaceful space to relax, unwind, and recharge. Guided by the harmonious tones of 12 large gongs, singing bowls, and other soothing instruments, you’ll be immersed in soundscapes that wash gently through you, easing tension and restoring balance.

    Here, there’s no need to “do” anything. It’s simply a space to be—to rest, reconnect, and allow sound to support you. Many people leave feeling lighter, more centred, and deeply at ease.
