Through a dynamic blend of movement, mindfulness, and sound, this class creates a safe and supportive space to explore self-regulation, emotional grounding, and the joy of flow.

    Sonic Pulse is a collective healing experience that brings together the precision of acupuncture and the resonance of sound.

    Acupuncture opens, sound carries, and the system resets. The effect is a treatment that reaches the physical, emotional, and energetic layers, leaving you restored and realigned.
