Rather than chasing big experiences, we stay close to what’s real: a few minutes of quiet to arrive; an accessible way of breathing that your body can trust; small, felt movements that release holding and bring you back to yourself. When useful, we may weave in stillness work, and occasionally sound or subtle support—only if it serves the aim of the session.
